Q1. The power does not turned on.

​

Make sure that the power cord is properly connected first, and if it is used together with other products in a multi-outlet, it may not work due to insufficient capacity. If it still does not work, please contact Customer Service.

Q2. I think there is no changes in temperature.

​

It takes a little time to reach the set temperature from room temperature, and the time required may vary slightly depending on the surrounding environment. Please use it in the recommended operating temperature environment (15 ~ 25 ℃). If there is no change after 5 minutes, please contact Customer Service Center.

Q3. The surface of the product is warm.

​

Heat can be transferred to the surface through the passage of air inside. It is not a malfunction, but please note that if you put something on the product or attach it to another product, the internal safety sensor may malfunction.

Q4. I do not have the same time to dry

​

Depending on the habit or length of the pet and the surrounding environment (such as whether the air conditioner and radiator are working). If you remove enough water by towel, you can dry more quickly.

Q5. How do I clean

​

The DR-100 is the industry's first built-up system for easy product separation. In case of severe contamination, both sides, rear, footing, and bottom can be easily washed after separation. In case of minor contamination, please do not remove it and wipe gently with a wet towel.

Q6. What if my pet urinate inside the dryer?

​

The DR-100's biopads absorb liquid quickly and have self-deodorizing and antibacterial functions, so you do not have to worry if your pet will urinate inside the dryer. If urinating happens during drying process, the biopad absorbs quickly and prevents secondary contamination. After drying, please immerse the BioPad in water for 5 minutes and rub lightly. If you wash the BioPad with soap or detergent, it may cause stains on the surface, which may result in poor absorption and mold.
